John Finn
John Finn holds a Degree in Accounting from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY, where he graduated in 1992. From 1992-1995 Mr. Finn worked for the then "Big Six" accounting firm KPMG as an auditor and tax return specialist. During this tenure, Mr. Finn was certified as a public accountant.
In June of 1995, John relocated to New York City to pursue accounting in a more creative environment. He soon found himself working with film industry clients and committed himself to learning the film business from the ground up - from starting as an Assistant Production Accountant on various films to eventually Keying feature films.
In 2004 Mr. Finn founded IndiePay, Inc. to accelerate the relationship between payroll and production. Through this idea, Finn collaborated and developed a double entry accounting software system called Indieware.
